چکیده
Rhizosphere fungal community play a crucial role in the development and productivity of plants. Microscopic fungi have shown considerable promise for root pathogen control, which calls knowledge their colonization distribution rhizosphere. Herein, studies on funga associated with soya bean rhizosphere vitro antagonistic activity were studied. Soya seeds planted soils collected from rhizospheric region at maturity isolation. Molecular characterisation verified isolates' identification based macroscopic microscopic characteristics. DNA extracted PCR amplification ITS gene performed. Dual culture technique was used to screen antagonism. Eighteen comprising Aspergillus niger , A. fumigatus flavus tamari, hortai nidulans, arcoverdensis, Rhizopus delemar, Penicillium pinophilum, Paecilomyces lilacinus, Blastobotrys proliferans, Talaromyces pinophilus, Neosartorya fischeri, Botrytis cinerea, Mucor micheli, Fusarium oxysporum, Helminthosporium solani, andTrichoderma asperellum isolated beans. The most predominant species plant least abundant fumigatus. T. exhibited in-vitro against all isolates except R. delemar. These inhibitory effects ranged 7.83 83.88% tested. Interestingly, B. cinerea found be more susceptible antagonism compared other Thus, this study suggests that harbours diverse communities could explored preventing infections using biological means.

I. The absorption of iron from 59Fe-labelled maize and soya-bean preparations was measured by whole-body counting in forty-two apparently healthy Jamaican infants and compared with thc absorption of ferrous ascorbate. 2. The mean absorption of Fe from maize u’as 4.3% and from soya beans baked at 300°, 9.4%. compared with 28.5:/0 for ferrous ascorbate. In a group of children given boiled soya be...

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
Introduction of the rd29A:AtDREB2A CA gene into soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) and its molecular characterization in leaves and roots during dehydration
The loss of soybean yield to Brazilian producers because of a water deficit in the 2011-2012 season was 12.9%. To reduce such losses, molecular biology techniques, including plant transformation, can be used to insert genes of interest into conventional soybean cultivars to produce lines that are more tolerant to drought. The abscisic acid (ABA)-independent Dehydration Responsive Element Bindin...

Alkyd resins were prepared into four different sets by varying the percentage concentrationof the glycerol content. Various properties such as the viscosity, Surface drying time, solubilityand color of the alkyd resins were evaluated for the various sets. The alkyd resin with the highestglycerol content was the most viscous, brownish in color and having the highest molecularweight this is due t...
